If nothing changes, how will you feel a year from now?
You may have an idea where you want to go, or you might just know you want things to be different. Therapy can help you work out the direction you want to go and how to start heading there.
My passion is helping people go from feeling stuck, stressed, overwhelmed, depressed or traumatised to feeling happier, coping better, becoming healthier and living the life they want.
What could this mean to you?
Less stress or low moods, improved relationships with yourself and others, perhaps more self-esteem and confidence, better sleep and a healthier mindset or maybe it’s about putting the past behind you once and for all.
You don't even have to be ill to feel better!...I help people become who they really want to be.
I truly believe your therapy should be tailored especially around you - no ticky boxes or one size fits all here! I truly believe your mental health and well being is a priority.
I am a Pluralistic Counsellor - this means I am able to cater for your very unique and individual needs. I have trained in many different types of therapies, all of which can be adapted to suit you and what you need from therapy right now.
Who I work with
I work online one-to-one with all adults and older adults for both long and short term work, according to individual need. I also run creative therapy groups for adults too.
Some of the issues I can help you with in therapy:
From 1st August 2021 I will no longer be offering face to face counselling sessions. All counselling and coaching sessions are offered online via Zoom to anywhere and everywhere within the UK.
Online & Telephone Counselling:
I offer online therapy and telephone sessions via Zoom.
You can arrange therapy in the comfort of your own home - all you need is a quiet, private area to work from, a reliable internet connection and a smart phone or laptop/computer with webcam and microphone
Don't worry if home isn't quiet or private enough. I'm happy to Zoom or call from your car, your office, your mates house, a park bench or country lane or anywhere else that's private and quiet with a decently reliable internet or phone signal!
Simply e-mail me to get started...
I do recognise that taking those first steps to finding help can feel daunting.
I am more than happy to talk with you about counselling and answer any questions you may have.
