Far too often I find that the biggest hurdle getting in the way of a successful business is the business owner's own beliefs and current actions.

To improve your business, we work to remove the hurdles, get you out of your own way and help you create a business that works for you and your customers.

I have owned and run businesses since my teens and am a self-confessed business GEEK!

I currently have 2 very successful businesses.  I'm a self-employed, sole-trader and also the founding director of the other, a National multi-award winning limited company.

I was nominated for the National Santander X Entrepreneurship Awards 2021 where I had to pitch live at Wembley not once, but TWICE, making it to the penultimate rounds and becoming one of Santander UK's top 40 entrepreneurs in 2021!  

I have appeared live on stage and on various radio shows as a guest speaker many times discussing business, ethical lifestyles, therapy and self care.

One of my businesses also won a game-changing grant and went on to win several smaller funding rounds in Dragon's Den style competitions.

In Spring 2022 I won the 'Insiring Womens Awards', 'Inspiring Women in Business' category.

During my career I have gained multiple business qualifications alongside both of my Counselling degrees and continue to develop my professional skills and knowledge.

I now work with several Universities, Banks and other organisations providing business coaching, training and mentoring to their business cohorts.

I'm so extremely passionate about helping other business owners and professionals to succeed in their careers.

I believe that running a healthy business not only supports you and your livelihood but it's also extremely beneficial to your customers and clients too.

I can offer hourly support as and when you need it from just £80.

All sessions are held online via Zoom.

Half days and full days are also available in person to delve even deeper.
